About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. This role is contracted to 35 hours per week and is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  • Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment.
  • Deliveries and Supplies: Assist with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements
  • Pressure Management: Demonstrate an ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Teamwork: Be an excellent team player.
  • Organisation: Have a committed and organised approach.
  • Skill and Ability: Possess the ability to work under pressure and be flexible to work shifts.
  • Timekeeping and Reliability: Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive great perks and unrivalled opportunities for learning and development.
