We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our Home from Hospital service in North Yorkshire. As our North Yorkshire Home from Hospital Manager, you will play a key role in rebuilding confidence and independence in individuals returning home from hospital.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience, with the ability to effectively manage high-performing teams. You will be self-motivated, driven, and able to influence referral partners to promote and develop the service across a diverse geographical area.

Based in Skipton or Harrogate, you will travel to hospitals across North Yorkshire, supporting safe and timely hospital discharges and positively contributing to patient flow and a smooth transition home for our clients.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, with a salary range of £32,076 to £34,684. If you are passionate about improving healthcare services and have the skills and qualifications to succeed in this challenging role, please apply by noon on Monday 13th January.
