Account Sales Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing business relationships, and collaborating with our production team to meet delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and other marketing materials to promote our company and products.
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate long-term price agreements and contract terms to balance customer and company needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet delivery performance and quality KPIs.
- Support other sales team members with expediting, documentation, and order processing tasks.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in business development and account management, with experience in the sub-contract manufacturing industry. You will also need to be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
