As a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems powering high-speed production lines in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on cutting-edge packaging machinery and site services.
  2. Ensuring smooth operation of equipment such as Motors, Inverter Drives, PLC's, Control Systems.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
  4. Optimizing and enhancing automation systems to boost reliability and efficiency.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance.

You will have time-served experience as an Electrical Engineer, minimum HNC (or equivalent), and at least 3-5 years of experience in this field.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary between £60,000 and £80,000 per year.
  • A 4-day, 4-off, 4-nights, 4-off shift pattern.
  • An annual bonus of up to 7% pension contribution.
