**Job Title:** Senior Family Therapy Specialist

**Location:** Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Therapy Specialist to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering systemic family therapy to patients and their families in various settings.

The successful candidate will have significant knowledge and expertise in general adult mental health services, with experience of working with complex cases. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality systemic family therapy sessions to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in conjunction with patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Clinical/Counselling Psychology, Nursing, or equivalent
  • Registration with UKCP AFT Division as a Family Therapist
  • Experience of working with adults with complex mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
