About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in our Accounting department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration and assurance of our Conflicts of Interest (COI), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Collaborate with Partners and senior stakeholders to discuss key risk areas and mitigations.
  • Undertake internal quality assurance reviews to confirm due diligence has been carried out.
  • Deal with internal queries and provide guidance on AML procedures.
  • Support the BAU team with ad hoc projects and escalate complex matters as required.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and their implementation.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Access.
  • Ability to use own initiative and take a risk-based approach.
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.
