Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Centre Agent to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and administrative assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and respond to sales and administrative requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide sales support by generating quotations, processing customer orders, and coordinating equipment rentals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process customer sales and hire purchase orders, and coordinate equipment exchanges and off-hires.
- Manage customer databases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative and sales experience, preferably in the rental sector.
- Proactive approach focused on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong command of MS Office.
- Self-motivated and open to development.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
