As a Strategic HR Advisor at Monahans, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation. With a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in HR.
Job SummaryThis role involves providing expert guidance and support to managers across various departments, focusing on employee relations, engagement, recruitment, learning and development, reward, HR administration, and organisational change. You will work closely with the Head of HR to drive strategic initiatives and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Employee Relations: Collaborate with managers to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, including health and wellbeing initiatives and recognition programmes.
- Recruitment Activities: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of managers and employees, focusing on leadership development and performance management.
- Reward: Oversee the annual pay review process, ensuring fair and transparent compensation practices.
- HR Administration: Manage HR systems and processes, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
- Organisational Change: Support the Head of HR in implementing changes that drive business growth, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Mentor: Proven experience of mentoring and coaching managers to achieve their full potential.
- Sector Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Professional Services sector, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
- Engaging and adaptable: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
