Job Title: Human Rights Senior Assistant

Role Overview:

As a Human Rights Senior Assistant at ASOS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of key strategic priorities against the company’s Fashion with Integrity (FWI) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and address emerging issues in ethical trade and human rights.
  • Provide insight and data to inform ethical trade and human rights reporting.
  • Support and improve the compliance of the relevant regions' supply chain in line with the ASOS Supplier Ethical Code.
  • Manage upwards, feeding back on priorities and highlighting any concerns.
  • Understand the wider team’s priorities for effective workload management.
  • Manage time and prioritize effectively.
  • Express opinions and judgments based on learning from prior experience and offer appropriate solutions for discussion.
  • Manage and drive Teams meetings.
  • Represent ASOS in a professional and mature manner.
