The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in drawing blood and hold proof of competency as a Phlebotomist or equivalent. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using sterile techniques
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's experience in phlebotomy or a related field
