Job Summary

We are recruiting a Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at The Extracare Charitable Trust t/a Extracare Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Leading group programs and activities that promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Providing emotional support and education to residents and their loved ones.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A registered nursing qualification and current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable populations or in a related field.
