About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our Safeguarding Partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective operation of our safeguarding systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing meeting documents.
  • Organize large-scale meetings, take minutes, and update action logs.
  • Ensure documents are accessible on the RBWM Safeguarding website.
  • Provide business support and administration to partners and contributors to the Partnership's work and functions.
  • Be a point of contact for detailed enquiries about the Partnership and its subgroups.
