About the Role

We are seeking a talented Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our Creative Department, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering promotional copy, creative concepts, and verbal identities for our clients.

As a Creative Copywriter, you will be responsible for taking complex scientific and health information and transforming it into an easy-to-understand, creative narrative that can be used across various business units and materials. You will work closely with an equally talented art director/designer partner to write, concept, craft, finesse, execute, present, produce, shape, and inspire.

Key attributes for this role include:

  • Experience in delivering PR/Advertising creative communications, preferably in healthcare advertising.
  • A fundamental understanding of medical/scientific terminology, procedures, and concepts to accurately represent health information visually and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ability to adapt and develop tones and styles for diverse projects and product types.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to develop, craft, and present ideas effectively with confidence, clarity, and flair.
  • High levels of attention to detail, resilience, and flexibility.
  • A restless curiosity and an infectious enthusiasm for our industry and your craft.
  • An avid interest in the power of AI and how it can augment creative solutions.
  • The desire to challenge how health and wellness brands connect with people.
  • A tenacity to be a trailblazer in health communications.
