About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our Buying team at Ann Summers Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing our phenomenally successful toys, sex essentials, and accessories.

You will work closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality and consistent standards of products. Your expertise in product quality and compliance will be essential in meeting legal and trading compliance standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate about industry trends and has a genuine interest in ensuring products meet customer needs.

This role involves being an integral part of the product development process, ensuring technical standards are always considered. You will take shared responsibility with the B&M team for meeting relevant critical path dates. Additionally, you will establish and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
