Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual seeking a rewarding role in care home management? We are currently looking for a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Elizabeth Court in Caterham, working weekends.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a well-trained and helpful staff team, supporting the Location Manager in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our communal areas and residents' rooms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, using cleaning products effectively and following health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers;
  • Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures;
  • Maintain knowledge of cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment such as carpet cleaners;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience and knowledge are desirable, along with a strong understanding of customer service principles. You will also have the ability to prioritize tasks and plan around customer needs, ensuring a seamless service delivery.

What We Offer
