Job Title: Store Manager
About the Role
As a Store Manager at Topps Tiles, you will be responsible for leading a close-knit team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and profit targets. You will create a business plan, develop your team, and constantly look for ways to improve the store's performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
- Create a business plan and develop your team to increase sales margins
- Manage every aspect of the store, including inventory, staffing, and customer service
- Constantly look for ways to improve the store's performance and customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full P&L responsibility and a track record of delivering outstanding customer service and great financial results
- Commercial awareness and business acumen to keep ahead of the competition
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance through your team
