As a Registered Nurse in our social care setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement nursing care plans to ensure quality person-centred care
  • Dispense and administer medication in accordance with prescriptions and NMC guidelines
  • Act as a clinical expert and advise colleagues on clinical issues
