About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at our GP Practice in Wales. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of Practice Nurse tasks, including treatment room duties, immunisations, cervical screening, INR monitoring, and chronic disease management.
  • Work closely with our clinical pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully registered Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
