About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Marie Curie Hospice. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients with complex symptoms and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, using a patient-centred approach and evidence-based practice.
  • Administer medication and treatment as prescribed, in accordance with the NMC's and the Charity's policies and guidelines.
  • Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support for patients and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
  • RGN Registration Level 1.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of palliative care and the needs of patients with complex symptoms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential.
