Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a Workshop Technician to perform maintenance, repair, new build or refurbishment work on volumetric mixers as required. The successful candidate will develop technical expertise in service, repair, maintenance, and operation of these complex systems.

Main Responsibilities
Key tasks include performing service and maintenance work on volumetric concrete mixers, developing technical skills, and keeping accurate records of work performed. Root cause analysis of failures will also be a priority to improve equipment quality.

Key Requirements
A previous fitter experience with heavy equipment is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Strong electrical fault finding, knowledge of hydraulics, and welding skills are essential. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also required.

About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to work on complex industrial equipment and develop technical expertise. As a member of our client's team, you will contribute to improving equipment quality and providing top-tier customer support. An estimated salary for this role is £34,000 + DOE (depending on experience), based on the job requirements and location.
