We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at Dawsongroup plc, based in Southampton. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and in-person
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary of £33,500 - £36,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave.
