Production Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Technician to join our team at Gordon Murray Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our high-performance vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly Line Operations: You will be responsible for operating machinery on our low-volume production line, ensuring that all vehicles are assembled to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: You will be responsible for conducting quality checks on all vehicles, identifying any defects and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our manufacturing engineering team to ensure that all production processes are optimized and efficient.
- Process Improvement: You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in our production processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all production targets are met.
- Experience: You will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
- Education: You will have a full UK driver's license and a good understanding of engineering drawings.
