About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Portadown, N. Ireland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities, and providing emotional support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing independence in daily living
• Accessing work/education and leisure activities
• Providing emotional support when needed
• Working on a rota basis, including unsocial hours and weekends
• Holding a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle and having at least one year's experience of driving a manual vehicle
