Job Summary: As a Specialist Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide specialist healthcare services to patients, ensuring that their needs are met in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • To participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Health and Social Care Trust.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on safety, compassion, and respect.
