Water Sports Director

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Sports Director to join our team. As a key member of our rowing department, you will be responsible for leading engaging rowing sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to national racing standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver effective training programs for students of all ages and abilities.
- Collaborate with the Heads of Rowing to develop a robust coaching strategy that aligns with the school's goals and objectives.
- Organise and manage student training programs, camps, and regattas to ensure a positive and developmental experience for all participants.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and contribute to academic reporting to support student growth and development.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of rowing equipment, working closely with the Equipment Manager to ensure high-quality facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding all participants and staff.
**What We Offer**

**Requirements**
- Experience as a rowing coach or competitive rower.

- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
