Job Title: Water Sports Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Water Sports Trainer to join our team at Bray Lake Watersports. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and training programs to students of all ages and skill levels.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Job Description:

Promote water sports and outdoor fitness activities through effective instruction and coaching methods. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new training programs and improve existing ones. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for students. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and stored.

Requirements:

You must hold a valid BC Instructor Qualification and a Current First Aid Certificate. Ideally, you should also possess RYA Powerboat Level 2, BSUPA Instructor Ticket, Windsurf/Sailing Instructor Ticket, and flexible working hours with willingness to work overtime.
