Accounts and Credit Control Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Credit Control Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the accounting department by managing various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and assisting with accounts receivables processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices for Accounts Receivables.
- Raise sales invoices, credit notes, and refunds to clients as required.
- Address queries from both internal and external stakeholders related to accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry using accounting software.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
- Support month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing Debtors reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
