Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in credit control, with experience of working in a professional services environment. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving strong results, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring compliance with the collection policy
  • Liaising with partners to resolve client queries on unpaid invoices
  • Meeting monthly to review debt and discuss challenging areas
  • Liaising directly with clients' finance teams to chase outstanding debts and keeping accurate records of conversations/communications

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A strong understanding of credit control processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build strong working relationships with managers and fee earners
  • Familiarity with ARCS and Aderant systems would be advantageous

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
