Electrical Technician Wanted for Midlothian Housing Provider

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at a busy housing provider in Midlothian. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of electrical tasks, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, reactive repairs, and testing and inspecting void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in properties
  • Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards
  • Upgrade fire alarms and other electrical equipment as required
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Valid SJIB card
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:
