Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our bar team at The Shire Grill.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently taking orders and serving beverages.
  2. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
  4. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies.
  6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.

Desirable Experience

  1. Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is highly valued.
  2. Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions is essential.
  3. Familiarity with bartending techniques is advantageous.
  4. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Terms and Benefits
