Job Description:

The Head of Finance will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the organisation. This will involve developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Represent the finance department in internal and external meetings and communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance the organisation's financial performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional accreditation such as ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
