Financial Director Position Overview:
The Head of Finance role is a key leadership position that oversees all financial activities, ensures strategic financial management, and leads a dedicated finance team. As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial reports and interpreting financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and financial improvement

Skill Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, professional accreditation such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA, proficiency in financial management software, strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and strong analytical abilities.

What We Offer:
An estimated salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per year, basic pension benefits, a generous annual leave of 6 weeks, opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment, and chance to make a positive impact.
