About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at The Ivy Asia. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for creating exquisite desserts and pastries that meet the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative dessert menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts that meet our restaurant's standards.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new recipes and menu items.
  • Ensure that all desserts and pastries are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
