Apprentice Chef de Partie Opportunity

Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, is seeking a talented Apprentice Chef de Partie to join their team at the award-winning Britannia pub in Guildford, Surrey. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • 12-15 months course length, plus up to 3 months for End Point Assessment
  • At least 6 hours per week to complete off-the-job training (on and off site)
  • Attend training at the Chef Academy roughly every four to six weeks

Upon successful completion of this Level 3 apprenticeship, you may be able to progress into a Sous Chef role and continue your professional industry development.
