Apprentice Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Chef de Partie. This role offers the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals to a high standard
  • Develop your skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your culinary skills

Requirements:
  • 6 hours per week to complete off-the-job training
  • Attend training at the Chef Academy every 4-6 weeks
  • Successful completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship
Next Steps:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may be eligible to progress to a Sous Chef role and continue your professional development within the industry.
