Care Services Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care services in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two services, a transitional service and a small children's home, and will work closely with our compliance manager to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the transitional service and children's home, ensuring high-quality care and support for young adults with learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in care.
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the compliance manager to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including OFSTED regulations.
