About the Job
This role at Selfridges is for a Brand Specialist to lead our mens streetwear department, providing exceptional customer service and motivating colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
Main Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and creating memorable experiences.
- Motivate and inspire colleagues by sharing brand knowledge and communicating new information.
- Take ownership of tasks beyond your role expectations and identify opportunities to improve business, customer service, and retail standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures and security protocols, and contribute to preventing stock loss.
- Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and develop your own customer base through exceptional service skills.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of competitors, and experience in sales and service. You will be collaborative, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
The estimated salary for this position is around £42,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
