About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Financial Operations Assistant to temporarily support our AR team. This role will involve managing and communicating collection activities, working cross-functionally across the business to provide essential support in our Accounts Receivable function.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage high volumes of interactions with both internal teams and external customers through telephone and email.
  2. Prepare and maintain reports to track the progress and status of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, collaborating with various Business Units to provide effective solutions.
  4. Actively participate in improvement projects related to AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar administrative role, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage and analyze data effectively. Spanish language skills are preferred to better support Spanish-speaking clients.

This is a temporary, full-time (37 hours per week) hybrid role that includes an average of 2 days onsite per week, with potential for additional onsite days during initial training. The estimated salary for this position is £13.13 per hour PAYE.
