Temporary Financial Role in Darlington

We are seeking a highly organised individual for a temporary role as a Financial Assistant - Accounts Receivable at our client's site in Darlington. This role involves working on-site 2 days a week, with more frequent visits during the training period.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  2. Provide administrative support and manage general tasks.
  3. Communicate regularly with various departments via phone and email.
  4. Analyse and prepare reports to track financial performance.
  5. Collaborate with teams to resolve Accounts Receivable issues and build strong partnerships.
  6. Identify potential problems and solutions through cross-functional work with multiple Business Units and customers.
  7. Participate in process improvement projects related to Accounts Receivable.
  8. Be a valued member of a multi-skilled team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience.
  2. Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  3. Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  4. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C grade) or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is preferred.
  5. Experience working in a customer-focused environment using the telephone and email.
  6. Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish strong customer relationships.
  8. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  9. Excellent organisational skills.
  10. Flexibility to cover additional responsibilities within the team.

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday and offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.13 per hour.
