Job Summary

The Triangle Group Practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the practice team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as needed.
  • Process patient payments, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Assist with data entry, including entering patient information, medical records, and other relevant data.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or administrative setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Working Conditions

The Receptionist will work in a fast-paced medical office environment, interacting with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
