We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Deputy Manager. This is a senior leadership position within our residential care team, and you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our therapeutic community.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, including social workers, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. Your expertise and guidance will help us to create a positive and supportive environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  3. Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000-£52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
