Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to foster a therapeutic residential setting where children can heal, grow, and develop essential life skills. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of care and support.

About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position within our residential care team. As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our therapeutic community, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, including social workers, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. Your expertise and guidance will help us to create a positive and supportive environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
