We are looking for an experienced Office Management Professional to join our team in Belfast.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, health & safety management, and office administration.

This role involves managing various aspects of office operations, including mailroom services, printing services, and facilities helpdesk.

Salary: £26,000 per year, plus additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise Housekeeping on cleaning requirements in meeting rooms
  2. Lead by example, maintaining high standards of facilities
  3. Manage secure waste collection
  4. Log helpdesk jobs/queries with FM contractors
