Based at our office in Oxford, you will play a key role in helping to develop and expand the Health and Safety team with new and existing opportunities. Working on a wide range of prestigious and unique projects, you will deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans, enforcing policies and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide strategic advice on developing and implementing health and safety policy and structured risk management systems.
  • Manage and maintain accreditation and H&S office audit.
  • Engage with the business on risk profile and align H&S management systems.
  • Facilities contractor management - PQQ, RAMS review etc.
  • Engage and develop the H&S awareness of Office H&S representatives and OMPs.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate is essential. NVQ 5 H&S or NEBOSH Diploma is preferred.
  • Have a good understanding of risk management and hazard identification.
  • Maintain an overview of industry developments in the H&S field and help develop H&S governance activities associated with Ridge.
