We are seeking passionate individuals to join our electronic tagging service team, helping to ensure safety and security for all. As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a key part in partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team, assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
Requirements:
  • Your own car
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Assignment Details:
  • Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
  • Working Hours: The shift pattern covers 7 days per week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Core hour schedules are from 9am to 2am including weekend working
