Job Title: Learning and Behaviour Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning and Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Learning and Behaviour Support Specialist, you will work with small groups of children who require intervention support, encouraging positive behaviours and detecting areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with small groups to support children who need intervention support
- Encouraging positive behaviours, detecting areas of improvement and negotiating strategies
- Demonstrating understanding and commitment to the improvement of students by supporting students in and around the class during lessons
