About the Role

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will have the chance to assist in various aspects of our organization’s operations. Your tasks will encompass marketing initiatives, recruitment processes, CRM and database oversight, social media engagement, and fostering positive relationships.
In the marketing and recruitment domain, you will create job postings and disseminate them across multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates. Additionally, your creativity will be vital in crafting engaging content for our social media channels.
For CRM and database management, you will ensure that both client and employee records are systematically organized and current using CRM tools. This will involve tasks related to data entry and filing.
As a contributor to social media and content creation, you will assist in producing compelling content that embodies our organization’s values and resonates with our target demographic. Your efforts will help enhance our social media presence and boost engagement.
In terms of recruitment assistance, you will manage inquiries, distribute application forms, and support the interview process. This includes shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, conducting preliminary phone screenings, and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
You will also engage with IT systems to facilitate our operations. This will involve managing databases, organizing information, and effectively utilizing software tools.
