The Role

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our busy office in Swansea. As a key member of our front office team, you will provide administrative support to our admin team and be the first point of contact for clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, both in person and over the phone.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking mail and liaising with couriers.
  • Maintain staff diaries and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team.
  • Undertake other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office, including maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, and maintaining meeting rooms.
  • Provide support to the wider admin team.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and flexible individual who can use their initiative.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must.
  • Ability to build relationships and work independently and as part of a team.
