About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Catering and Hospitality to lead our substantial operation spanning four campuses. As a key member of our Campus Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing numerous retail outlets and a broad portfolio encompassing internal and external events, delegate conferences, day meetings, dinners, and reputational events such as Open Days, Graduation Ceremonies, and various University Executive Team-led events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of catering and hospitality professionals to deliver high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of catering and hospitality services.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in catering and hospitality services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior catering management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and operations effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
