The Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a desire to develop their career in a progressive company. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of treatments, including massage, and will be knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with each client to fully understand their personal needs and preferences
  • Deliver high-quality, exceptional treatments that meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Support the Spa Manager in maximizing revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling
  • Work collaboratively with the Spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services
